Lead:

Just the Bible today. Sorta.

Intro:

Hey, a couple housekeeping items.

First, a shoutout to the listener who asked the question, “How do we know what Pilate and Jesus were talking about? Wasn’t that a private conversation?” Since the Pilate-and-Jesus scene is recorded in all four gospels, AND since it’s coming up in less than a week, I’m going to save covering that until we get to that day in our journey through Luke.

Too, imagine a puppy you have just scolded, ears drooping, tail between its legs. That’s how I feel with yesterday’s program going nearly 26 minutes. I want to respect the fact that you don’t have the same level of Bible freakishness that I do, so I really do try to keep this to 23 minutes or less. I should have cut out, however short it was, the All Our Minds segment.

So, not that I can make up for it, but today I’ll skip that segment and just let the Bible speak for itself. Mostly.
